In the CES registration portal, you can see at a glance whether you are authorized to place repeat orders for a master key system in the webshop.
You know this situation: Your customer contacts you with a repeat order request. “We need three keys and an additional cylinder.”
In the past, the search for the security card often started first.
Today, a quick look at the CES registration portal is enough. Under “Assigned Systems”, you can immediately see where you stand.
Has the system been assigned to you? Is there a current authorization? The status is visible immediately.
You know right away whether an order can be placed – or whether the owner still needs to grant approval.
No uncertainty. The security card stays where it is. No unnecessary effort.

With the CES registration portal, control remains where it belongs: with the owner of the master key system. They decide which dealer is authorized to place orders – and when. If desired, even for a single order only.

If desired, the owner is automatically informed immediately about what has been ordered.

Take a look at your assigned master key systems right now. Access the CES registration portal here: https://register.ces.eu/
The “Assigned Systems” menu item is not yet visible? No problem.
- Log in to the CES registration portal and go to your user settings (https://register.ces.eu/en/settings).
- At the bottom of the window, check the box “I have my own customer number with CES …”.
- Enter your CES customer number in the field that opens and click “Submit Request”.
- CES will review your application and approve it if everything is in order – you will receive an email immediately. The additional menu item will then be available in the registration portal.
