🆕 Customer Profile with Customer Marking

Do you have your own key marking for your CES customer profile? Or even your own cylinder marking?
As of 26/02/2026, you can select your marking when placing orders within your customer profile.

New Orders

When ordering a new master key system / restricted key system within your customer profile for which your customer marking is approved, you can select your own marking in addition to “CES”.

By clicking on the disk icon next to the marking, you can set it as the default.
This means that for every future new-system order placed within your customer profile, your marking will be automatically selected (it can of course be changed again).

This stored default applies to your customer number and therefore to every user in your company who places new-system orders within the CES WebShop under your customer profile.

Repeat Orders / Extensions

If your marking was used in a master key system / restricted key system within your customer profile, you can also select it for repeat orders and extensions.
Here as well, it can be saved as the default for future orders within the respective system.

Order Quantity – Keys

There are key blanks in stock with customer marking and others that are manufactured to order with customer marking.

For the latter, there is a minimum order quantity of 50 keys / key blanks with this marking.
This will be indicated when selecting the marking.

For orders of fewer than 50 keys / key blanks, the CES marking must be selected.

Order Summary

In the final tab of the ordering process (“Details”), it is clearly shown which marking has been selected for keys and cylinders. This allows you to easily and clearly verify the correct selection before submitting the order.

The following functions are not yet available with the update of 26/02/2026 and will be added later:
