Click on the item to open the details.

Changes to repeat orders are no longer possible once they have been sent.
For changes to new installations and extensions, please send your request by email to
the webshop number by email to: verkauf@ces.eu

Click on Orders in the main menu Customer area and then on Open entries.
All open orders are displayed there and you can delete the entire order by clicking on Details and then on
Delete you can delete the entire order.

Click on Reset password in the Shop main menu. 
Then enter your user name and click on Request password.
You will then receive an email with a link where you can enter your new password.

Click on Service in the main menu Customer area and then select one of the two items
Portier V1 or Portier V2. The security card must then be read in.

Click on Register in the main Shop menu to complete the form.
You will then receive a confirmation email and another email after verification.
Now you can log in and place your order.

If a tab is displayed in yellow/orange, there was an error loading the system data.
Please delete the order and read in the security card again.

Click on Service in the main menu Customer area and then select one of the first two points
Locking plan PDF or XLSX export. The security card must then be read in.

You can find the current locking plan template on our homepage www.ces.eu.
Under the menu item Downloads you can enter the locking plan and then download it.

If a note with a warning triangle is displayed in the order, this means that you are ordering a locking number that either does not exist in the system or is not yet computerized due to the age of the system. 
If this is the case, you can accept the note in the last step Details.

The article configurator opens via the magnifying glass displayed behind the cylinder type.

When ordering cylinders, a magnifying glass is displayed behind the cylinder type, behind which an article configurator is hidden.
All possible article numbers are displayed there.

If a note with an index finger is displayed in the order, this means that a deviation from the standard configuration has been found. If this is what you want, you can accept the note in the last step Details.
